Why we need your help

We have a few very clear goals financially.

- The ESA or CCA payments would fully fund their tuition as soon as possible

- Teachers would get paid a starting salary of $48,000 per year, well above what private educators are paid.

In order to keep the education affordable for students and pay our teachers well we cannot have a mortgage on what will be a 9+ million dollar building. We have to start the school debt free.

Phase 1

We have been given the option to purchase a building in our area that was designed to be a Montessori school. It is ideal for our school to grow for the next 4-5 years and then we will have to sell it and move into our own building.

Phase 1 Step 1- Raise $190,000 minimum as a downpayment for the phase 1 building purchase.

Phase 1 Step 2 - Raise $60,000 to cover the renovations needed for this building to fit our students for the next 4-5 years (up to age 15)

Phase 2

In this phase we will work on stepping into our forever building

Phase 2 Step 1: Blueprints & Renderings $100,000

Phase 2 Step 2: Purchase building from Grace Ballet for already established toddler and fine arts class rooms $1,200,000

Phase 2 Step 3: Build performing arts hall, Elementary/High school building and parking lots $7,180,000

Phase 2 Step 4: Purchase materials, furniture and send teachers through MACTE training. $601,400

Total needed for the project is an estimated $9,081,400

Cost for the building is based upon $359 per square foot with the school building being 15,000. Building for the educational wing and the performing arts hall being 5,000 square feet. The total square footage of the building will be just over 25,000 square feet.
